Refund and Returns Policy


1. Return Policy You may return products within 2 days of delivery. If the package is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us at sales@krasna.in with your Order ID. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

To return a product you don’t like:

  • Log into your account and select the Return/Exchange option.
  • We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep. Returns via other channels (email, chat, phone) are not accepted.
  • If the return request is not fulfilled on time, we will issue a credit note instead of a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 4-7 days of receiving the product at our warehouse.

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Products with physical damage.
  • Custom orders or products made to order.
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.

2. Exchange Policy You can request an exchange within 10 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for pickup and ship the replacement within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Custom products are not eligible for exchange.
  • For exchanges with a higher-priced product, a coupon for the original amount will be provided. For lower-priced products, the balance will be issued as a credit note.
  • Further returns or exchanges on exchanged products are not allowed.
